Spray Gun Setup

Connect the air hose

(air hose will be red or tan)

Connect the fluid hose

(fluid hose will be black)

Binks Tank Setup

Connect Double Reg setup to ​air outlet of tank

Connect air line to regulator

Connect fluid line to ball valve

ZIP 52 Setup

Connect pickup tube to ​bottom inlet of pump

Connect fluid line to ball valve ​above the pickup tube. The ​other side goes to gun.

Connect air line to the ball ​valve labeled “atomizing air”. ​The other side goes to gun.

Connect shop air to the ball ​valve on the bottom labeled ​“Fluid Pressure”
